SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING YOUR HAIR TO  LAIDBYTHEGAWDS WIGS 

* Please address the package correctly with your name and address. LaidByTheGawds Wigs will not be responsible for figuring out who the package belongs to.

* Please make sure that you type or write the correct mailing address. LaidByTheGawds Wigs cannot be held responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address. If a package is returned to sender, the client is responsible for the reshipment fees. 

* Signature confirmation is not required but is highly recommended if you would like to know the exact time and date your package was picked up. 

* Purchasing insurance for your package is not required but is highly recommended in case your package gets lost in the mail.

* All packages sent to LaidByTheGawds Wigs should include a tracking number. Once obtained, the tracking number should be forwarded to LaidByTheGawdsWigs@gmail.com. The tracking number is for both the client & the seller. Please use this tracking number to check for delivery confirmation.

Mailing address will be included in your invoice receipt after your deposit is received.

 

 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER FROM LAIDBYTHEGAWDS WIGS

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking number & signature confirmation. Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.

We strive to ship all orders the same day that your shipping label is printed but it is not guaranteed. Your package may be shipped out the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will see movement within 24 hours of your package being shipped. 

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 1-7 business days AFTER production time

International Shipping: 6-10 business days AFTER production time

All customers will receive an email containing the tracking number for your package. You may track your package on USPS.com

Signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all orders. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are not present to sign for your package, your package will be available for pick up at your local Post Office. Packages delivered by LaidByTheGawds Wigs will NOT be left at the residence in the event that you are not home!

If a package is returned to LaidByTheGawds Wigs, the customer is responsible for all reshipment fees. 

 

 

 

LOST/ STOLEN/ DELAYED PACKAGES

Providing incorrect or incomplete address will cause delays with the delivery of your package. Please make sure to include every part of your address including the apartment number and direction of the street. 

LaidByTheGawds Wigs cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or delayed packages after they have been shipped.

Please contact your local post office with any questions or concerns about your package once it has been shipped. LaidByTheGawds Wigs can no longer provide you with any information after your package has left our possession!

RETURNS

LaidByTheGawds Wigs does not accept returns under any circumstances. If there is a discrepancy with your order, the customer has 7 days to bring the matter to our attention. 

In the event the customer has a discrepancy with their order, LaidByTheGawds Wigs will work with the customer to ensure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

LaidByTheGawds Wigs is not responsible for any customs fees when receiving an international package.
