Where are you located?

LaidByTheGawds Wigs is located at undisclosed locations in NYC/NJ/GA. We do not have a storefront but do we have a mobile salon service

I live out of town/state? Do I have to come to your location to get my LaidByTheGawds Wig?

No, LaidByTheGawds Wigs ships worldwide. You can order from anywhere in the world!

Can I come in for a consultation or to get my head measured?

Unfortunately, this option is not available. Please refer to the Sizing Chart page for more information on how to measure your head. 

Can I come pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Pick ups and drop offs are not permitted. All orders will be shipped via USPS. No exceptions!

I'm in your area! Can I come buy a wig now?

Unfortunately, that is not an option. We do not carry stock wigs at this time.

Will I receive a tracking number once my order is shipped?

Yes, all orders will receive a tracking number from USPS once the shipping label is printed in an email.

How long does it take for my order to be completed?

Production time is 7 business days unless you ordered a ventilated frontal or re-ventilated service which is 3-6 weeks. Please be advised that business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

How long is shipping?

Please refer to the Shipping Info page. 

Do you ship overnight?

Unfortunately, overnight shipping is not an option.

Can I provide my own cap?

Yes, LaidByTheGawds Wigs are constructed on a sewing machine or hand sewn per request..

Can I ship my hair to you directly from the vendor?

Yes, contact us for the address, state your vendor & forward the tracking number to LaidByTheGawdsWigs@gmail.com once it's obtained from the vendor you will be notified. Please be advised that LaidByTheGawds Wigs cannot be held responsible if the vendor filled your order incorrectly. It is recommended that the client have the hair shipped to them first to ensure that the order is correct.

Do you make wigs with frontals?

Yes, we do, our service is located here

How many bundles do I need for a wig?

2 bundles are recommended for lengths up to 16", 3 bundles are recommended for lengths 18"-22", 4 bundles are recommended for lengths longer than 22". More bundles may be added for fullness. This is just a recommendation. The final decision is up to the customer. The wig may not be as full if you choose to use less than the recommended amount of hair. 

 I placed my order but my status still says unfulfilled. Did you receive my order? What does that mean?

If you have received an email receipt with an order number. Your order has been received. Your order status will remain unfulfilled until your order is ready to ship. A fulfilled order is complete & is ready to ship. It is not necessary to send an email before the end of your production time. 

Do you have a return policy or exchange policy?

 LaidByTheGawds Wigs does not accept returns under any circumstances. If there is a discrepancy with your order, the customer has 7 days to bring the matter to our attention. 

In the event the customer has a discrepancy with their order, LaidByTheGawds Wigs will work with the customer to ensure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

LaidByTheGawds Wigs is not responsible for any customs fees when receiving an international package.
